Peg and Joe's Retirement Home

This came vacant on one of our old leases and I thought it would be appropriate for our retirement home. I worked several weekends (2) to completely remodel the inside. I haven't finished the paint job on the outside yet. I plan to paint it Geo. Washington green because of the amount I saved on the place. There are some places on the inside that won't pass Peggy's white glove inspection, but I think she will get accustomed to that and the 'oily' smell. What do you think?
